Terms of Service

Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms", "Terms of Service") carefully before using the www.BladesAndBlazers.com website (the "Service") operated by Blades and Blazers ("us", "we", or "our"). Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service. By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service.

Our Service may contain links to third-party web sites or services that are not owned or controlled by Blades and Blazers. Blades and Blazers has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party web sites or services. You further acknowledge and agree that Blades and Blazers shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such web sites or services.


Orders 

Except where noted, all products are made to order by hand. Depending on demand all orders can take up to one year from date of purchase until they are shipped. Every item will be shipped within two weeks of completion. Production will be completed in the sequence that the orders are received. Products from the Blades and Blazers online shop are likely to vary slightly from the photographs displayed, this is due to leather being a natural material and due to the hand making and hand dyeing processes used in production. The beauty of these minor variations is that every product made by me is going to be a one of a kind. Orders from the Blades and Blazers shop, even when personalised, are not considered bespoke commissions, unless explicitly stated.

If you need to change details of your delivery address, remove items or cancel your order completely, please inform me as soon as possible by emailing Elliot@bladesandblazers.com and type “Amend my order” in the subject bar along with your order number.

Shipping

Shipping is included in the price of the product for UK deliveries. International orders have extra charges dependent on package dimensions. Shipping outside of the UK has an additional flat charge of £10 as a handling fee.
Please remember that shipping can sometimes take longer than expected.

Refunds and Returns

All sales are final. However, in line with UK law, if a product is found to be faulty within 14 days of purchase then email me at Elliot@bladesandblazers.com and type “Faulty Product” in the subject bar and we can discuss the options available. You will then have 14 days to return the goods to me. Faulty products will be eligible for a refund, a replacement, or repair depending on the defect and customer’s request. Return postage is at the customer’s expense and must be tracked.

Commissions

Bespoke commission work comes with a lifetime upgrade guarantee and repair guarantee. The repair guarantee excludes fair wear and tear. The purpose of the repair guarantee is to get the item back to the original working order. Reasonable effort will be made to maintain the original aesthetic in repairs but is not guaranteed. Should you wish a repair made that guarantees returning the item to its original aesthetic then a price for the work and materials will be arranged via email. The purpose of the upgrade guarantee is to allow any individual custom item commissioned to be modified in any subsequent commissions from that customer, for example the sword frog on the first Alchemist Bandolier Set commission was upgraded to hold a custom scabbard for the long sword in the second commission. The costs of any postage or customs fees required in fulfilling custom commission work is at the customer’s expense. Shipping should always be tracked and insured. The costs for postage back to the customer in the upgrade guarantee will be included in the price of the subsequent commission. The costs for postage back to the customer in the repair guarantee will be arranged via email.
